10DLC “Pending” now explains itself

The problem: the progress list said Pending for Campaign Verify, which reads like “someone is reviewing it.” Nobody was. Every submission had been rejected — mostly a declined card on the Campaign Verify account — and the page gave no sign of it.

1. A red banner now says it plainly

Says nothing is in progress, why the status still reads Pending, the exact reason for the last rejection, and how to fix it — with a button straight to the step.

2. Hovering the status shows the exact cause

Hover “Pending” on any phase row and it explains that phase. On Campaign Verify it adds the real error text from the last attempt.

Captured against a test account carrying the same rejection data as the real one, so no customer record was touched.
